Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2023 Last Updated: September 6, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, funnels, webinars, events, digital products, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by GT Academy Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BNB Know How (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you enroll in a coaching program, you will sign a separate Program Agreement. For enrolled clients, the executed Program Agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
1. What We Provide
We provide educational and coaching content about the short-term rental business, including online training modules, group coaching, strategy sessions, templates, tools, webinars, and access to software platforms. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We are not your attorney, accountant, real estate broker, lender, investment adviser, or property manager. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, financial, lending, or investment advice. Consult licensed professionals before acting on any information we provide.
We provide education, coaching, templates, and tools only. We do not provide, procure, or arrange any property, lease, landlord, listing, guest, customer, account, or outlet for you. Short-term rental activity is regulated differently in every jurisdiction and by every landlord and platform; you are solely responsible for determining what is lawful and permitted in your market.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.
3. Purchases and Payment
Prices are stated at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party processors (currently Whop, Commas, Lumino, and Stripe, or their successors). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or security codes.
Payment terms for coaching enrollments, including any amount due at enrollment and any remaining balance, are set forth in the Program Agreement you sign at enrollment. If you obtain financing from a third-party lender or deferred-payment provider, that financing is a separate agreement between you and the provider; we are not a lender and do not set its terms.
4. All Sales Final
Once we have made the purchased content, program, or access available to you, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in the Program Agreement or as required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy.
5. Billing Questions and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is erroneous or unauthorized, or that we have failed to deliver what you purchased, please contact us first in writing at legal@bnbknowhow.com. We will investigate and respond in writing within ten (10) business days.
Nothing in these Terms waives, limits, or conditions any right you have under the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, applicable state law, or applicable payment-network rules to dispute a charge with your card issuer or financial institution, and we will not treat your exercise of those rights as a breach. If a reversal is obtained for a charge that was authorized and for which we made the purchased content or program available, the reversed amount remains owed together with any dispute fees actually assessed against us, and we may suspend access until the matter is resolved. In responding to any dispute, we may provide the payment processor and card issuer with your agreement, access logs, delivery records, and call recordings.
6. Digital Acceptance
Clicking “Buy,” “Register,” “I agree,” or a similar button, checking a box, or accessing purchased content constitutes your electronic signature and your agreement to these Terms and to any agreement presented at checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, curriculum, recordings, templates, scripts, frameworks (including the FLOW Framework), software, and marks are owned by GT Academy Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased content for your own education and your own short-term rental business. You may not share login credentials; copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or sublicense any content; create derivative works or competing courses or products; use the content to train or develop any artificial-intelligence system; or permit any third party to access the content through your account.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund, injunctive relief, actual damages, disgorgement, statutory damages where available, and attorneys’ fees.
8. Community Conduct
Treat coaches, staff, and other participants respectfully. Do not solicit other participants for outside businesses, programs, or investments. Do not record group sessions without our written consent. We may remove any participant, without refund, for conduct that materially disrupts the Services.
9. Reviews
You are free to post honest reviews and opinions about us, positive or negative, and to communicate with any government or regulatory authority. Nothing in these Terms restricts truthful reviews, and these Terms will be enforced consistent with the Consumer Review Fairness Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45b. You agree not to publish statements you know to be false or that are made with reckless disregard for the truth, and not to publish other participants’ private information.
10. Testimonials and Media
If you choose to provide a testimonial, appear in a recorded session, or share results, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your first name and last initial, likeness, voice, and the content you provide in our marketing and training materials. You may revoke this license prospectively at any time by written notice to legal@bnbknowhow.com; we will stop new uses and remove your content from web pages and social accounts we control within thirty (30) days, but are not required to recall materials already published or distributed. We will disclose any material connection between us and a featured participant as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides, 16 C.F.R. Part 255.
11. Communications
When you provide your contact information, we may contact you about your registration, account, purchases, scheduling, and delivery of the Services by email, telephone, text message, and platform messaging.
Marketing text messages and calls placed using automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice are sent only with your prior express written consent, which you provide (or decline) where you enter your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. We do not send marketing texts or place marketing calls before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
Sales and coaching calls may be recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes. You will be informed at the start of any recorded call and may decline to be recorded.
12. Third-Party Platforms and Affiliated Services
We use third-party platforms to deliver the Services, including Whop, Commas, Lumino, Stripe, HubSpot, Zapier, WebinarJam, Typeform, PandaDoc, Aloware, GoHighLevel, Fathom, Meta, and Google. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, defects, or policy changes.
We may inform you of, or introduce you to, optional products and services, including BNBFlow.AI (software), Tabare.AI (software), and Flow Funding LLC (credit consultation services). Each is affiliated with the Company’s principals, who may receive compensation or an ownership benefit from your use of them. These services are optional, are not required to complete any program, are governed by their own agreements, and are billed separately. Any introduction is a referral only. Nothing we provide is an offer, commitment, or assurance of funding, credit, or loan approval.
13. Earnings Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that you will earn any income, obtain any property or lease, receive any booking, or achieve any particular result. Any income figures, unit counts, testimonials, or results we reference are the individual experiences of specific people, are not typical, and are not a promise or projection of your results. Many purchasers of educational programs do not implement what they learn and obtain no financial result. Your results depend on your effort, capital, credit, market, timing, regulatory environment, and factors outside our control. See our full Income Disclaimer.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranty as to results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost rental income, lease liabilities, platform suspensions, or regulatory penalties arising from your business. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
15. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GT Academy Solutions LLC and its members, managers, employees, coaches, and contractors from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your short-term rental business, your leases or guests, your violation of any law, lease, platform policy, or association rule, or your breach of these Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, or provide materially false information.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that you retain any non-waivable rights under the consumer protection laws of the state in which you reside.
18. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully.
Informal resolution first. Before starting any arbitration or lawsuit, the party raising a dispute will send written notice to the other (to us: legal@bnbknowhow.com) describing the dispute, and the parties will try in good faith to resolve it for thirty (30) days.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Any in-person hearing will take place in Lee County, Florida, unless the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules require a location more convenient to you, in which case the hearing may be held by video or in your county of residence. We will pay all AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees above the consumer filing fee set by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Small claims. Either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. Each party may bring claims only in its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing legal@bnbknowhow.com with your name and email address within thirty (30) days after you first purchase from us or accept these Terms.
Coordinated filings. If twenty-five (25) or more similar demands are filed by or with the assistance of the same counsel, they will be administered under the AAA’s mass-arbitration supplementary rules then in effect. Nothing here prevents any consumer from filing an individual demand.
Jury waiver. To the extent any dispute proceeds in court, each party waives trial by jury to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Severability; Force Majeure; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, labor disputes, power or internet outages, or platform failures. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Income Disclaimer, and any agreement presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. The Terms in effect at the time of a purchase govern that purchase. For enrolled clients, the executed Program Agreement controls.
