This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use our websites, funnels, webinars, programs, software, communications, and services (the “Services”). Our Services are intended for adults in the United States.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information you provide. When you fill out a form, register for a webinar, book a call, apply or complete a questionnaire, purchase a program, join our communities or coaching platform, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, business and financial information you choose to provide on an application (such as available capital, credit range, and goals), payment method type and last four digits, form and survey responses, and the content of your communications with us.
b) Payment information. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or security codes. Payments are processed by our payment processors (currently Whop, Commas, Lumino, and Stripe).
c) Information collected automatically. When you use our websites and funnels, we and our vendors use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to collect IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, clicks and session data, referral source and campaign parameters (including UTM data), and general location derived from IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation.
d) Call and session recordings. Sales calls, onboarding calls, coaching sessions, and group sessions may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, dispute resolution, and record-keeping. You will be informed at the start of any recorded call and may decline to be recorded.
e) Community content. Messages, posts, and content you share in our student communities, group chats, and platforms.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide and deliver the Services; process purchases and manage billing; schedule and conduct calls and sessions; communicate with you about your registration, account, and program; send marketing communications where you have consented; measure and improve our websites, funnels, and advertising; build advertising audiences on platforms such as Meta and Google; enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, and defend claims; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Text Messages and Calls
When you provide your phone number, we may send you informational messages about your registration, account, appointments, and program delivery. Marketing text messages and calls placed with automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice are sent only with your prior express written consent, which you give or decline where you enter your number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We honor text opt-outs immediately. Our business text messaging is sent through carrier-registered (A2P 10DLC) messaging services. We do not send marketing texts or place marketing calls before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone. We do not share your phone number or message content with third parties for their own marketing.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money.
Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate, under contracts that restrict their use of it, including: Whop, Commas, Lumino, and Stripe (payments); HubSpot (CRM and email); GoHighLevel and Aloware (scheduling, calls, and text messaging); WebinarJam (webinars); Typeform (forms and applications); PandaDoc (agreements and e-signature); Zapier (integrations); Fathom (call recording and transcription); Google Workspace and Slack (internal operations); and BNBFlow.AI (software platform).
Advertising and analytics. We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and similar platforms to measure our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited our sites or engaged with us. This may involve sharing hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email address) and pixel or server-side event data. Under California law this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; see Section 8 to opt out. We may also work with data partners such as LiveRamp and Deep Sync for audience measurement and matching.
Affiliated services. If you choose to use an affiliated service (BNBFlow.AI, Tabare.AI, or Flow Funding LLC), we may share your contact information with that service to facilitate your request.
Legal and business. We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process; to enforce our agreements and defend claims (including providing agreements, access logs, and call recordings to payment processors, card issuers, or arbitrators in connection with a dispute); to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
