GT Academy Solutions LLC, d/b/a BNB Know How (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides educational and coaching programs about the short-term rental business. This disclaimer applies to everything we publish or say — websites, funnels, webinars, videos, social media, email, text messages, sales calls, and coaching sessions.
1. We Do Not Guarantee Income or Results
We do not guarantee that you will earn any income, obtain any property or lease, receive any booking, secure any funding, or achieve any business outcome. We do not represent that you will earn any specific amount of money in any specific period of time, and no one who works with us is authorized to make that representation.
Your results depend on your effort, capital, credit, market, timing, regulatory environment, and many factors outside our control. Many people who purchase educational programs do not implement what they learn and obtain no financial result.

We do not track or represent an average income for participants, and you should not assume you will earn anything at all.
